Safe Auto LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as MagicBoost AI ("MagicBoost," "we," "us," "our"), operates magicboost.ai (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

• Contact and lead forms: Name, email, phone, business name, website, industry, message
• Account registration: Name, email, password (stored hashed; we never see your plain password)
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never store them.
• Project materials: Brand assets, logos, photos, and creative briefs you provide for content production

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage and device data: Pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, browser, IP address, click and form interactions, chat widget usage. Collected via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel — this data is pseudonymous device-level data, not anonymized.
• Cookies and similar technologies: See our Cookie Policy.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

• Stripe provides payment status and subscription details
• Google and Meta provide analytics and advertising measurement data

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, deliver, and improve our marketing services
• To produce your content (project materials are processed by our production tools, including AI tools — see Section 4)
• To respond to inquiries and provide support
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send service updates, and marketing communications where you have opted in (every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link)
• To analyze Site performance
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with law

Phone and SMS contact: If you provide a phone number in a lead form, you agree we may contact you by phone or text about your inquiry. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any text to opt out.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK users)

• Consent: For analytics cookies, marketing cookies, and marketing emails. We obtain consent through our cookie banner and explicit opt-ins — never merely by your use of the Site. You may withdraw consent at any time (cookie icon in the footer, or unsubscribe links).
• Contractual necessity: To deliver services you purchase and process payments.
• Legitimate interests: Site security, fraud prevention, and service improvement, balanced against your rights.

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell personal information for money. We share personal information with service providers acting on our behalf, and with advertising partners as described below:

"Sharing" under California law: Our use of the Meta Pixel may constitute "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CPRA. You can opt out at any time — see Section 6. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case this policy continues to apply to previously collected data).

5. Data Retention

• Lead/contact data: 24 months after last interaction
• Account data: Duration of subscription + 30 days
• Project materials and deliverables: Duration of subscription + 90 days (so you can retrieve your content), unless you request earlier deletion
• Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics setting)
• Payment and tax records: 7 years (legal requirement)

6. Your Privacy Rights

6.1 US State Privacy Rights

If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to:

• Know/access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal information
• Obtain a portable copy of your data
• Opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

To opt out of "sharing"/targeted advertising: use the cookie icon in the Site footer and select "Necessary only," enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email us with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share."

To exercise any right: email magicboostai@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by your state's law (generally 45 days). Appeals: if we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject "Privacy Appeal"; we will respond within 45 days with the outcome and, where applicable, information on contacting your state Attorney General.

6.2 EU/UK (GDPR) Rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent — exercised via the same email. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Data Security

• All data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS)
• Passwords hashed with industry-standard algorithms
• Payment data handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1)
• Access controls and periodic security reviews
• Breach notification: If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant regulators as required by applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and we will delete such data if discovered.

9. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and our services are directed to US businesses. If we process personal data of EU/UK individuals, transfers to the US rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where our processors are certified — including Google and Stripe) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses, not on blanket consent.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will post updates here and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced by email or a prominent Site notice before they take effect.
