Our Commitment to Transparency
Safe Auto LLC d/b/a MagicBoost AI uses artificial intelligence to help create marketing content. We believe you should know exactly how, so you can make informed decisions.
How We Use AI
1. Video Advertisement Creation
AI models assist with concepts, storyboards, and video generation. Human creative direction guides every piece, and our team reviews and edits all videos before delivery.
2. Social Media Content
AI tools help generate post ideas, captions, graphics, hashtags, and content calendars. Everything is reviewed for accuracy and brand alignment before it reaches you.
3. Image Generation
We use leading AI image and video generation models, licensed for commercial use, to create original marketing visuals, which our team then edits and optimizes for your brand. Our current toolset includes locally run generation pipelines (ComfyUI) and licensed image models; the specific models evolve as the technology improves. We do not use AI to create deceptive or misleading imagery.
4. Voiceovers and Audio
We generate voiceovers using licensed synthetic voices (e.g., OpenAI text-to-speech). We do not clone or imitate the voice of any real person without that person's documented consent, and we do not create audio implying a real person's endorsement.
5. Copywriting
AI assists in drafting copy; human review refines it. We ensure claims in marketing copy are accurate and substantiated before delivery.
What AI Does NOT Do
- Make business decisions for you — AI output is a production tool, not your strategy
- Replace human creativity — our team provides direction and quality control on every deliverable
- Create deepfakes — we do not depict real people doing or saying things they didn't do
- Fabricate social proof — we do not create AI-generated reviews, testimonials, or endorsements presented as genuine customer statements (consistent with FTC rules on fake reviews)
Your Responsibilities
- Review and approve all content before publishing
- Apply platform AI labels on your accounts where required — when a deliverable needs an AI label under a platform's rules, we will tell you at delivery; applying the label on your account is your responsibility
- Ensure published content complies with your industry's advertising regulations (we flag obvious issues, but your regulator governs your industry)
- Disclose AI usage where required by law in your jurisdiction
Platform-Specific AI Policies (as of the date above — platforms update these frequently)
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Requires labels on AI content depicting realistic people or events; photorealistic AI-generated people in ads can require labeling even when no real person is depicted. We flag affected deliverables.
- Google Ads: AI-generated creative must not be deceptive; standard ad policies apply.
- TikTok: Requires disclosure of realistic AI-generated content that could be mistaken for real footage.
Data and Privacy
- AI tools process your brand assets, business information, and creative briefs solely to produce your deliverables
- We do not train AI models on your data, and we use provider settings and agreements intended to prevent our AI providers from training on it (e.g., API business terms that exclude training by default)
- Locally run tools (ComfyUI pipelines) process your materials on infrastructure we control
- See our Privacy Policy, Section 4, for the full list of processors
